Collective Impact – Mentoring, Training and Coaching Services

Family Life believes that by empowering caring and capable communities we can strengthen families so that children can thrive. With a sound track record facilitating community change, we are passionate about sharing their expertise to support other communities effect their own positive and lasting impact.

Collective Impact 

Family Life recently led a highly successful large scale Collective Impact project over three years and are at various stages in two other place-based Collective Impact projects.  This first hand experience provides invaluable insight into what it takes to deliver a comprehensive backbone function. In addition, Family Life’s established relationships with international experts allow clients to tap into the knowledge and experience of world leaders in this highly successful approach.

Learning Outcomes

As the training and development arm at Family Life, Heartlinks offers customised training, mentoring and support packages for communities and organisations seeking to influence community change.

We offer a range of tailored support including:

  • developing a Theory of Change
  • establishing a Collective Impact strategy
  • guiding organisations to use adaptive leadership to facilitate change
  • Evaluation Plan development
  • leading effective community engagement
  • harnessing volunteerism to strengthen community

Duration:

Our service offering is flexible to each organisations requirements.  We have the capacity to offer a range of configurations:

  • one-off consultations
  • full or part day workshop facilitation
  • mentoring and support plans

Location:

Training can be delivered at your workplace, at our centres at Sandringham or Frankston, or at an external venue.
