COVID-19 Update

Dear valued clients,

The health and safety of all our clients has always been, and continues to be, of utmost importance to all of us at Heartlinks. The impact the Coronavirus pandemic is having both locally and around the world is changing daily and in response, the services and the way Heartlinks offers them is also changing. 

Heartlinks is currently and will continue to provide 1:1 counselling and support services to all our existing and new clients.

December 2020 - To protect the health and safety of our clients and our team, our services will continue to be delivered online via telehealth or telephone. We are transitioning to a return to face to face counselling and will begin offering limited face to face sessions the week of January 11, 2021. Additional sessions will be made available in February.

All face to face sessions must be booked directly with a Heartlinks team member. You can call us on 8599 5488 to discuss your needs. Telehealth will be retained as an option for all our clients on an ongoing basis.

Our training and group based program delivery will remain being delivered online for the time being. If there is no change to restrictions, we aim to move to face to face workshop delivery at some stage in the first half of 2021 but do not have a definite date at this stage.
