Looking After You Seminar
Taking care of your Emotional Wellbeing!
Ladies....It’s time to get the balance right! It isn’t often that you find someone in your circle of contacts who isn’t busy. Many of us juggle a ball pit full of roles in our day-to-day lives that leaves us with little time to look after ourselves.
As part of Women’s Health Week, Heartlinks is calling for Baysiders and friends to restore balance in their life by offering this FREE seminar.
Join us for some time out, morning tea and a lovely goodie bag (for the first 40 guests to register).
The seminar will allow you to gain insight into what you can influence to achieve a more balanced life. It will explore what things are within your control, teach you some self-care strategies and help you come to understand what stress is and that not all stress is bad for us.
Whether you are raising children, caring for parents, juggling a household or managing schedules, the demands on all of us can often be overwhelming and leave little time to take a breath and focus on your own wellbeing.
Being a mother to three young children Family Life Deputy CEO, Allison Wainwright, is all too familiar with the daily grind and despite her line of work concedes that it’s not always easy to make time for yourself.
“Life is busy. There is no getting away from it. But what can make a difference is taking time to reflect on what we can change to achieve a greater balance.”
